This headgear is made out of material proven to withstand Ultraviolet Protection Factor 50+ and adheres to EU regulation on personal protective equipment (EU-PPE-Regulation 2016/425, Catetory 1). UPF50+ indicates how much longer a person can withstand the sun by wearing these textiles than when unprotected. The length of time can cary depending on skit type. *Please always use sunscreen on the neck, ears and face even when wearing this headgear. There are no further special measures required.
